Due to the extreme temperatures (and poor air quality) forecast for tomorrow, Reston Runners won't hold a Thursday evening run from Reston Town Center. If you're still planning to run on your own, please use caution! Carry water (drink lots of water), run in a shaded trail (drink lots of water), and take more breaks (to drink lots of water). Consider running on a treadmill indoors, or postpone running for a different day. See you next Thursday!
